Shipping
- Free shipping on orders of $99.00 or more. Below that, a flat $15.00 — no surprise rate at checkout based on your ZIP code.
- We ship to the 48 continental states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories or APO/FPO addresses.
- All orders leave our US warehouses (Los Angeles and Houston) within 1–2 business days.
- You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Returns
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original packaging.
- If you changed your mind, you cover the return freight. If the item arrived damaged, incomplete or wrong, we cover it.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of the warehouse receiving the item.
Damaged or wrong item
- Email us within 7 days with photos of the product and the packaging, and we'll make it right at no cost to you — a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
