Shipping
- All orders ship from our US warehouses (Los Angeles and Houston) within 1–2 business days.
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address. We ship to all 50 states.
- You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Returns
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original packaging.
- To start a return, contact us with your order number and we'll send you instructions.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the item back.
Damaged or wrong item
- If your product arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
